000air began in 2008 with a single technician, a secondhand ute, and a belief that Sydney deserved better than the runaround it was getting from the big HVAC chains. Same-day promises that slipped. Quotes that grew once the van arrived. Voicemails that never got returned.
Eighteen years later we run six depots across Greater Sydney and have installed more than twelve thousand systems — but you still speak to a licensed technician the first time you call, and the price we write down is the price we charge.
We only hire people who’ve spent real time on the tools. Every tech carries an ARC licence, $10M public liability cover, and a police check. Not because we’re told to. Because you’re letting us into your home.

Founded in Marrickville. Split-system installs for the Inner West, seven days a week.
2013
Ducted division opens
Our first design-and-install team for whole-home ducted systems. First six-zone retrofit completed in Mosman.
2018
Ten thousand systems
Milestone install. Depots added at Penrith, Dee Why and Hurstville — cutting average response time under three hours.
2024
Commercial & VRF
Licensed for commercial VRF work up to 100kW. Now servicing offices, cafés and clinics across the CBD and North Shore.
